Fernando Poe Jr (FPJ) plays the role of Ramon, a truck driver of a well-known beer company in Metro Manila. Co-worker and sparring partner of Ramon is Bindoy, played by Jimmy Santos. The story evolves as Ramon is attracted by the beauty of Amor (played by Ara Mina) whom he encounters on one of his delivery trips. Ramon, desperate to attract Amor’s affection, is willing to overcome any obstacle, even engaging in fist-fights with all of Amor’s 7 mean & burly brothers. Ramon is given a chance to capture Amor’s attention when a man snatches Amor’s purse. Ramon manages to retrieve this; however, much to his dismay, Amor doesn’t thank Ramon for his gallantry and instead, thinks he is one of those who stole her purse. Ramon pursues Amor and in the end, slowly manages to catch her affection.
